It’s always fun “going on the road” to meet up with another guest for the podcast. Another beautiful drive, this time to Amherst NH, connected me with SVP of Product Development for Vittoria, Ken Avery. Our mutual friend Beau Lambert introduced us and from the moment we sat down it was obvious why these two have been friends for so many years. Stories on stories on stories, we sat at the dining room table and discussed the early days of getting the racing bug as part of the neighborhood riding crew, how serendipity after a blown tube can lead to a lifetime career of helping design the worlds best tires, and that keeping your mind and eyes open is the best way to get from here to there, no matter the path ahead. And the chalkboard behind him certainly speaks to this truth.

Now I just need to get Ken and Beau together and see who taps out first on the storytelling.
